Plain English summary

Use Sheetly to host a catalog of products you have a legal right to sell or link to. Don't host illegal content. Pay your bill. We'll keep your site online and your data safe. You can leave anytime.

Acceptable use

You may not use Sheetly to:

• Sell or link to illegal goods (drugs, weapons, stolen items, CSAM).
• Infringe trademarks or copyrights you don't have rights to.
• Send spam, phishing, or malware.
• Abuse our infrastructure (excessive scraping, DDoS, etc.).

We reserve the right to suspend any tenant violating these rules. We'll notify you first when possible.

Payments & refunds

Yearly Pro plans bill once per year. Lifetime is one-time. Refunds available within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@sheetly.tech.

Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but make no SLA guarantees. If we suffer extended downtime affecting paid tenants, we'll prorate or extend your billing period.
