Sheetly ("we", "us", sheetly.tech) is a UK-based service. This page explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

• Email address — for account login (magic-link auth) and billing receipts. Never shared.
• Your Sheet's content — we fetch product data from your Google Sheet on each visitor request. We do not copy or store your sheet; the data lives only in short-lived cache (≤10 min).
• Billing data — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy (our payments processor). They store card details; we only see a transaction ID + your plan.
• Server logs — IP, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp. Kept 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then deleted.

What we don't do

• No tracking cookies on tenant catalogs (only first-party essential session cookies in the admin dashboard).
• No selling, renting, or sharing of email lists.
• No reading your sheet contents beyond serving them to your visitors.

Affiliate disclosure

Sheetly is affiliate-aware. Tenants can attach affiliate codes (Superbuy, Amazon, etc.) to their product links. We do not take a cut of affiliate revenue — that's 100% the tenant's.

Your rights (UK / EU GDPR)

Request a copy, deletion, or rectification of any data we hold about you by emailing hello@sheetly.tech. We respond within 30 days.
